The presser foot lift on the machine automatically lifts the presser foot after a thread cut. This feature can be set to raise at the end of any seam, with the needle in the down position for easy pivoting.

It’s a one finger operation, directly push down the needle threader knob until it stops, then slowly raise the threader knob; the thread is pulled through the eye of the needle.

Janome mirage stitches are infinitely customizable with separate tension and stitch length settings for both the hidden connecting jump stitches and the main satin stitch. This effect can be used on either one or two pieces of fabric.

The one step plate converter allows for no screws or tools. Simply push the lever to release the plate and snap a new one in place.
