The Janome Group prioritizes safety and reliability above all else by implementing secure-by-design development practices to deliver products and services that our customers can use with complete confidence. We remain committed to continuously enhancing product security by taking appropriate measures against security risks related to our products and services.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with relevant national and international laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations concerning product security.

2. Organizational Security Measures

We accurately identify our information assets and ensure their safety by implementing appropriate management, risk assessments, prevention strategies, and mitigation measures according to their asset value.

3. Technical Security Measures

The Janome Group inspects and manages products based on internal standards to ensure no known vulnerabilities are present at the time of shipment. If a new vulnerability is discovered after-shipment, we will provide appropriate information and take necessary actions as determined by the Group, such as issuing updates or security patches.

4. Employee Training

We provide product security training to all employees involved in the Group's products and services to raise awareness and deepen their technical knowledge.
