In 2024, we selected LGBTQ+ as the theme of our group training for all employees, which became a valuable opportunity to acquire fundamental knowledge and information about the topic and reflect on creating environments where diversity is respected. For our new hires each year, we also conduct training on themes such as human rights and working together with people with disabilities.
